Canadian Western Bank -Kenaston, MB
A 7250 Sq ft stand alone building built in 2012 that utilized the latest in LED lighting, daylight harvesting and geothermal equipment. The project proved to be a leader in energy conservation amongst the Canadian Western Banks properties.

A 7,000 sq ft two storey tenant improvement project to provide offices for CARF International – an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services. Offices were designed in conjunction with H2P Projects and Hartwig Architecture Inc., lighting credit to WOW lighting & Controls and GVA lighting.
